Antagonist Of The Week – James Tynion’s influence on the Bat-Verse these past few years can’t be understated, especially when it comes to high performing new characters. Hitting her 6 Appearance per Year threshold, Vengeance burst on to the scene with 12 Points in a Single Appearance.
