The World Keeps Spinning: August really feels like a continuation of July. Extreme Carnage One-Shots, Infinite Destines Annuals, Sinister War, The Last Annihilation, and World War She-Hulk all continue through their respective series.
August also brings in an extra day of scoring in the form of Free Comics Book Day titles. This year, the Venom Father-Son duo, Spider-Man, Hulk, and the Avengers get the FCBD Title treatment.
The new Spirits of Vengeance One-Shot brings a focus back to Kushala, the Apache Ghost Rider. This month’s Voices anthology focuses on the broad banner of Asian, from Ms. Marvel to Jubilee to the Agents of Atlas alumni. And we bid a fond farewell to the longest running Volume of Runaways, a delight for nearly four years. Thank you Rainbow Rowell and company for such a wonderful title.
