Betsy Braddock has restored order to Otherworld and the Captain Britain Corp, but not everybody is happy about it. In her new series, Morgan Le Fay is on a quest to supplant Betsy as Britain’s defender. Immoral X-Men and the age of Mr. Sinister begins, but for how long and can Storm, Mystique and Destiny restore the timeline with Sinister’s Moira fail-safe? Other restorations include Jack of Hearts regaining his powers in She-Hulk and the Miles Morales version of Deathlok returning to his normal form in the Savage Avengers finale.
Book the Week – Savage Avengers #10 (Review score: 52 Points; 10 Characters). The Savage Avengers team-up with the heroes of 2099 including Doom and Punisher to stop the Deathlok Prime from ruling the timestream. Victorious, they return to their proper time and continue their fight as Avengers.
Hero of the Week – Spider-Man/Peter Parker (Review score: 22 Points/2 Appearances; 11.0 Pts/App). Eight weeks into the year, Peter Parker hits 100 points, a big improvement over last year when he only had 35 points at this point. Granted he was laid up in a hospital while Ben Reilly filled in for him. Spider-Man wraps his Deadly Neighborhood miniseries and captures his third Hero of the Week.
Antagonist of the Week – White Rabbit (Review score: 7 Points/1 Appearance; 7.0 Pts/App). Despite Sinister representing the only scoring character in his event, he loses his first Antagonist of the Week to White Rabbit. She earns the honor for scoring points beyond the typical power usages. She notches a Team-Up with Spider-Man and a Defeats for putting down her rebellious clients.
