And this criteria is such a rarity, it’s a struggle to find 5 Books to Highlight this month. But we’ll continue with Green Lantern by Jeremy Adams and Xermanico. While the Series begins with Hal Jordan’s time on Earth, it quickly expands it scope to include the other central Green Lantern figures and the larger DC Cosmos. Hero Of The Week – It’s a quiet week here and the star of most quiet weeks is Superman. Damian came so close to winning this week, bringing in 14 Points in a single powerful Appearance. But Superman brought in 16 over 2 Appearances, one of which brought in 15 Points. So Clark absolutely devastated his son’s best friend this week by his theft of Performance and Hero Of The Week.
Antagonist Of The Week – Another week of Absolute Power, and Amanda Waller didn’t even show up. But her top dog, Failsafe, took Antagonist of the Week with a 9 Point Appearance.
Book Of The Week – It’s an Event period, so Book Of The Week goes to this week’s central Tie-In, Absolute Power: Task Force VII #4, which brought in 68 Points over 22 Characters.
Power Of The Week – This week we turn our eyes to Outsiders #10, where Drummer’s use of the Gun power erased the multiverse. Pretty hard to outperform that.
