Brief Commentary: This Top 10 I expect to remain fairly consistent. The Joker will move up, but the list will remain full of Bat-Villains, with the trinity being fought between Joker/Luthor/Sinestro. Black Adam may be a serious contender if he sticks around Brian Michael Bendis’ upcoming Justice League.
Last year’s Queen Antagonist has fallen hard in the first month of 2021; Harley didn’t place amongst the Heroes she is now a part of, and would have came in at 6th amongst the villains.
