The Defenders and the Avengers face a diabolical threat in the past. Doctor Strange and his teammates save a group of civilians from minor villain Cyrus Black and the Infernal Ichor of Ish’lzog but trace the source of the magic back to Avengers Mansion. There they must save Captain America and the Avengers from a rampaging Vision, but all is not as it seems when Diablo reveals that he is manipulating Earth’s Mightiest Heroes with the help of the mysterious Ichor. Twelve characters appear for a review score of 54 points.
Team Book of the Week: Black Panther and the Agents of Wakanda #5

The robot revolution spreads throughout the Marvel Universe and the Agents of Wakanda are the latest crew to rage against the machines. The Livewires, a team of renegade androids, return to claim a cache of S.H.I.E.L.D. technology and they’re not the only ones after it. Deadpool proves to be a thorn in Black Panther’s side once more after recently stealing a Black Panther suit and Wakanda’s mountain of vibranium. Six characters appear for a review score of 29 points.
Solo Book of the Week: Thor #1
Writer: Donny Cates; Art Team: Nic Klein and Matthew Wilson
How do you follow up an enormously successful run of one of your biggest characters? Give one of your biggest up and coming writers the reigns for the next series. Donny Cates picks up where Jason Aaron left off with All-Father Thor letting the ten realms know that he’s in charge. The peace does not last long as Galactus crashes down in Asgard and warns of the approaching Black Winter. To combat the threat, Thor receives a cosmic upgrade and becomes the Herald of Thunder. Fifteen characters appear for a review score of 26 points.
