Help Support The Heroes We Love: This month, we’re highlighting the All-In Initiative at DC, which is the branding used to launch new main universe titles alongside the new Absolute Universe line of comics. Many of these Titles are not relaunching, but instead seeing new creative teams taking over. This week we’re looking at Detective Comics, which sees Tom Taylor and Mikel Janin taking over as the creative team with issue #1090. Neither Tom nor Mikel are new to the Bat-Family, with Mikel in particular dealing some truly incredible art during the Tom King Batman run. But here they’re coming together as a strong creative team who seeks to add dimension to the sins of Waynes past. I’m sure this creative team will carry the title past the big #1100, but you can read the opening salvos of the run at DC Universe Infinite, when you subscribe to the Ultra Annual Level (which runs the price of $170 CAD).

Hero Of The Week – Look it’s another week where Bruce Wayne sits pretty on top of the House he has built. Batman was our Hero Of The Week, since Bruce Wayne brought in 23 Points over 4 Appearances. However, Oliver Queen was able to best him for Performance Of The Week, bringing in 16 Points in a singular Appearance.
Antagonist Of The Week – It was a pretty quiet week for villains, as Antagonist Of The Week went to Doomsday, who only brought in 6 Points over a single Appearance.
Book Of The Week – I really wish there was more variety this week, but without an Event title to compete, Book Of The Week also went to Batman. Batman: The Brave & The Bold #18 brought in 62 Points over 11 Appearances.
Power Of The Week – We love a good cliffhanger here at the FCL and this week’s Power Usage goes to Doomsday over in Superman. His use of Temporal has given us the cliffhanger of Timeskeeper’s identity finally being revealed, and it’s the big D himself.
