Help Support The Heroes We Love: This month, we’re highlighting a sort of Years End for DC’s 2023 Year. DC managed to increase their output a significant amount from the prior year, while managing to distance many new titles from the Greater Gotham Area. Nowhere is ever entirely divorced from the Bat when you’re in the house he built and the Events this year is a perfect example of this. LAzarus planet, Knight Terrors, and Gotham War all featured the Dark Knight front and center. However, the recommendation for Event Of The Year is one that has not yet finished. Titans: Beast World has been a fantastic showcase for the Titular Titans, across both the main series and writer Tom Taylor’s Titans On-Going. And the Titans: Beast World Tour – Central City tie-in for the Flash Family is the One-Shot of 2023. You can read the opening half of this Event at DC Universe Infinite, when you subscribe to the Ultra Annual Level (which runs the price of $170 CAD).

Hero Of The Week- As we kick off the final month of 2023, be ready for big final Appearances from our central heroes. This week saw Bruce Wayne and Superman go toe to toe with multiple Appearances. Coming in silver was Bruce Wayne, bringing in 26 Points over 4 Appearances. Which means our Hero Of The Week is Clark Kent, who brought in 39 Points over 5 Appearances. Performance Of The Week however goes to the star of the next DC Event, Beast World. The Beast Boy brought in 17 Points in a single Appearance.
Antagonist Of The Week – It’s an interesting week for our antagonistic scoring. The Penguin and The Help both tie for Antagonist Of The Week, each bringing in 7 Points within the same Singular Appearance in The Penguin #4. The Help in particular is an interesting case as he’s brought in 7 Points in each of his 3 Appearances in 2023.
