All-New Venom brings about changes in the status quo for a few characters: Dylan moves in with Mary Jane Watson and the symbiote finds a new host. Book of the Week – Marvel Holiday Tales to Astonish #1 (Review score: 75 Points; 29 Characters). Marvel celebrates the holiday season with an anthology book featuring three festive tales. The Fantastic Four step out from their holiday party to wrangle a rogue Doombot parading around as a Santa Claus. Kitty Pryde finds gifts for her teammates. Peter and Miles ring in the new year.
Hero of the Week – Spider-Man/Miles Morales (Review score: 13 Points/2 Appearances; 6.5 Pts/App). Miles ties with Wolverine but takes his sixth Hero of the Week title because his 13 points came in two appearances as opposed to Wolverine’s three. That ties them for second most HotW titles, but Miles sits comfortably in third place overall, trailing Wolverine by 74 points.
Antagonist of the Week – Dracula/2099 (Review score: 9 Points/1 Appearance; 9.0 Pts/App). First Antagonist of the Week for the conqueror despite suffering major loses on the battlefront. In his own personal battle, he defeats Starlord.
New Characters. Nova 2099, an alternate version of Logan who joined the Nova Corps; Venom symbiote, gets a solo score until its unknown host gets revealed.
