Book of the Week – Avengers Assemble #3 (Review score: 46 Points; 16 Characters). Not everybody agrees with the vampires’ new normal after the Blood Hunt. A reformed Nightstalkers team—including an enthralled, reanimated Frank Drake—assault a community of vampires living on North Brother Island, forcing the Emergency Response Squad into action.
Hero of the Week – Spider-Man/Miles Morales (Review score: 11 Points/1 Appearance; 11.0 Pts/App). Miles gives new meaning to not getting along with your girlfriend’s family. He barely manages to control his rage when fighting a disgruntled Vulture who blames Miles for turning Starling against him. This is Miles’ fifth Hero of the Week, one more than he had in 2023.
Antagonist of the Week – Enchantress (Review score: 7 Points/1 Appearance; 7.0 Pts/App). While Vulture’s family reunion does not go as he had hoped, Enchantress has a better go of it. Her Team-Up and Character Development with Thor give her the edge of Vulture for her first Antagonist of the Week.
New Characters. Frank Drake, legendary vampire hunter from the 70s; Ultimate Felicia Hardy, the Ultimate Sinister Six’s replacement for her injured father.
