Book of the Week – Spider-Society #3 (Review score: 37 Points; 17 Characters). The most brutal Peter Parker in the Spider-Verse goes on the offensive when the rest of the Spider-Society gets taken captive by the Sinister Squadron. He puts his additional appendages to good use and takes out the J. Jonah Jameson version of Hobgoblin.
Hero of the Week – Iron Man (Review score: 16 Points/2 Appearances; 8.0 Pts/App). Iron Man gets the nod over Daredevil because he has two Defeats Antagonist in his two Appearances, one of which comes from his new ongoing title. This marks Tony’s third Hero of the Week for the year.
Antagonist of the Week – Carnage/Symbiote (Review score: 9 Points/1 Appearance; 9.0 Pts/App). The symbiote creeps closer to breaking 100 points with his sixth Antagonist of the Week. It averages 6.4 pts/Appearance so far and at that rate should break the milestone in his next Appearance.
New Characters. Weapon VIII, the Peter Parker subjected to the Department H experiments; Justine Hammer, resurrected daughter of the deceased Tony Stark business rival.
