Wolverines from across the multiverse come together in a new Weapon X-Men title and account for the sole Character Development moments from the week. The new additions include Wolverines from popular timelines such as Earth X, the Old Man universe and Marvel Zombies, as well as the gender-swapped Jane Howlett. Ultimate Armor gets added when she kicks off the Ultimate X-Men series. Peter Parker breaks 100 points, though it took him one week longer than the previous year.
Book the Week – X-Men #32 (Review score: 33 Points; 7 Characters). The X-Men with the help of Mr. Emma Frost, Tony Stark, continue waging their war against Orchis. Best friends Magik and Shadowkat take center stage this issue, with an assist from Polaris.
Hero of the Week – Doctor Strange (Review score: 11 Points/2 Appearances; 5.5 Pts/App). Doctor Strange earns his second Hero of the Week title, beating out the two Spectacular Spider-Men. His one Leads Team sets him apart from the duo.
Antagonist of the Week – Thanos (Review score: 8 Points/1 Appearances; 8.0 Pts/App). Thanos’ obsession with Death takes a turn for the worst. Scorned by his love once more, he instead captures Death within a new Infinity Stone.
