The Beyonder gets the sole main development in this week’s comics. The rest of the Beyonders have had enough of their brethren’s interference and testing of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes as well as his betrayal of the other Beyonders. They strip him of his powers and cast him down to be trapped on Earth.
Book the Week – Carnage Reigns Omega #1 (Review score: 42 Points; 5 Characters). The action-packed conclusion to the “Carnage Reigns” event takes home all three top honors this week. Three of the top performing characters all appeared in this issue.
Hero of the Week – Spider-Man/Miles Morales (Review score: 13 Points/1 Appearance; 13.0 Pts/App). Miles Morales leads the charge in stopping Carnage’s latest rampage through the city. He earns his second Hero of the Week title over his costar Iron Man.
Antagonist of the Week – Carnage (Review score: 11 Points/1 Appearance; 11.0 Pts/App). Carnage ties Green Goblin for first place in the Antagonist bracket. He adds a fifth Antagonist of the Week title to his league leading total.
